Please read our full booking terms and cancellation policy before you book with us.
- A deposit of 50% is due to secure your booking. The balance is payable 14 days before your stay at The Woods Ocean Grove cabins.
- If you cancel 14 days or more before your stay, you will be refunded 50% of any payment made. If the cabin can be rebooked you will receive a 100% refund.
- If you cancel within 14 days of your booking, you will forfeit the total booking amount unless the cabin is rebooked at short notice, in which case we are happy to provide a full refund.
- The Woods must only be used for private, residential usage only. Commercial use for photoshoots or other marketing activities are strictly by arrangement only.
- The cabin must only be used to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking confirmation. The Woods is a private and peaceful spot for guests only. Outside visitors will be considered by arrangement only.
- No smoking inside the cabins and cigarette butts are to be disposed of thoughtfully.
- Please respect our neighbours and wildlife. Unfortunately The Woods is not suitable for pets.
- We ask that you wash your dishes before departure and clean the BBQ if used.
- Strictly no parties or group gatherings.
- We ask that you notify us straight away if something is amiss when you arrive at the property. If an incident of damage occurs during your stay you must let us know immediately so we can rectify it for you.
- The Woods is located in a quiet, leafy area of Ocean Grove. Excessive noise travels easily to the neighbours’ homes so please be mindful of your presence after 10pm at night.
- All sports equipment provided at The Woods is used at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur while in use.
- Costs for damage other than minor breakages will be passed on to the guest.
